My Travel Tray does not supply to nor authorize resellers (“Resellers”) to market, promote, and sell its consumer products via all online websites (not limited to Amazon, Target, Walmart, Zulily and others), retail stores and other distribution/selling channels, under the brand names and trademarks owned or licensed by My Travel Tray, including, but not limited to, My Travel Tray, Travel Tray and other registered Trademarks and Patents (“Products”). To be considered an authorized Reseller, a business must obtain written permission via wet signature by an Officer of My Travel Tray AND by My Travel Tray registered legal counsel.
